However, we encountered persistent noise disruptions from the hallway guests, and there were cleanliness issues in the shower that needed attention. Overall, it was frustrating.

I loved that this hotel was just a short walk to Riverside Park and within a quick drive to HighPoint Solutions Stadium, making it perfect for leisurely strolls and exploring the area while soaking in the park views. overall, my stay was quite comfortable, and the staff made me feel welcomed every step of the way.

I enjoyed my stay with the relaxing ambiance and a well-kept pool to unwind in every evening. Plus, the homemade ice cream was a delightful surprise that made my trip even sweeter. The wifi connection was spotty at times, but it didn’t take away from my overall experience. 🍦

The staff provided outstanding service and were exceptionally friendly during my entire stay. Housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness, which was refreshing. I also enjoyed the convenient StarBucks on the premises, where the baristas were warm and welcoming. The comfortable seating areas in the lobby added to the inviting atmosphere.

However, the wi-fi connection was frustratingly unstable, and the extra charges for amenities like the microwave feel excessive. Additionally, the room layout was cramped, particularly in the bathroom area.

First off, the staff was wonderful and always responsive , Lewis and Michael, there was this nice warmth from them. The Starbucks downstairs was a nice surprise, you know I like my coffee! We loved that it was just a quick trip to grab a caffeine fix before our day.

It wasn't exactly cheap though it was still pretty acceptable for what we got.
