A surprising twist during check-in
The hotel lobby felt inviting, and the check-in process was smooth. Our room was adequate for our needs, and we appreciated the spacious bathrooms.
However, we encountered persistent noise disruptions from the hallway guests, and there were cleanliness issues in the shower that needed attention. Overall, it was frustrating.

great staff but could use more soundproofing
The staff provided outstanding service and were exceptionally friendly during my entire stay. Housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness, which was refreshing. I also enjoyed the convenient StarBucks on the premises, where the baristas were warm and welcoming. The comfortable seating areas in the lobby added to the inviting atmosphere.
The noise insulation in the rooms left something to be desired, as I could hear sounds from adjacent spaces.

The hotel offers a good selection of gluten-free options and has a friendly, efficient staff that enhances the overall experience. Staying in a King Room, the comfort of the bed was commendable. However, the wi-fi connection was frustratingly unstable, and the extra charges for amenities like the microwave feel excessive. Additionally, the room layout was cramped, particularly in the bathroom area.

First off, the staff was wonderful and always responsive , Lewis and Michael, there was this nice warmth from them. The Starbucks downstairs was a nice surprise, you know I like my coffee! We loved that it was just a quick trip to grab a caffeine fix before our day.
It wasn't exactly cheap though it was still pretty acceptable for what we got.
